Fitness Classes
Spring 2008


Tumbling
3-5 years old
 

            Wednesdays: – 11:15-12:30

              
Students will be exposed to the fundamentals in tumbling and movement.  Stretching will be encouraged throughout the class.  Minimal principles covered in 16-week unit: large loco-motor movements, balance and tumbling.

Fitness Classes

 Stability Ball: A non-aerobic conditioning class utilizing the stability Ball. Build core strength, balance and control with concentrated abdominal, oblique, back and pelvic floor workouts to achieve a stronger and more defined mid section. Including strength, toning and stretching exercises designed to tighten and define the lower body focusing on the glutes. Exercises will use free weights and balls to strengthen the full body, please bring your own equipment; including stability ball, and a set of free weights at your desired weight, five pound weights are recommended, a yoga mat is also recommended.

 Fees

Cost is $30.00 for one Stability Ball Session. Sessions will use Punch Cards. Punch Card is worth 10 punches, one per class. Punch Cards will be given out at time of registration. There is a maximum of 8 participants per class, first come, first serve basis. No childcare provided during classes.

There are no refunds for unused punches. Checks need to be made payable to “Kellie Johnson”. Returned checks will have a $25 fee. All participants must have a Registration form and signed Liability Waiver on file.
